Analysis of Volatile Oils and Inorganic Element of Scorzonera mongolica Maxim. by GCMS and ICPMS
Abstract:ObjectiveTo study the volatile oils and inorganic elements of Scorzonera mongolica Maxim. MethodsVolatile oils of Scorzonera mongolica Maxim. were extracted by Suo recovery (hot refluxing) method and analysed by GCMS. Sample of inorganic elements was digested with microwave digestion system and measured by ICPMS.Results13 constituents of volatile oil were determined, and identified up to 93.43% of the constituents. 27 kinds of inorganic elements were determined, they were Ce, K, Al, Ca, Fe, La, Mg, Na, P, Ga, Mn, Ba, Zn, B, V, Cr, Cu, Ni, Pb, Th, As, Co, Se, Sr, Mo, Cd and Hg. ConclusionThe main components of volatile oil are Hentriacontane(34.75%) and A'-neogammacer22(29)en3βol (21.47%). The main inorganic elements are Ce, K, Al, Ca and Fe. The main microelements are Ce, Ga, Mn and Zn.
