Research of Analgsic Effects of Different Extraction Parts from Indigofera Pseudotinctria Matsum in Mice
Abstract:ObjectiveTo research the analgesic effects of different extraction parts.MethodsThose parts of the IPM were extracted by two means,such as solvent extraction(SX)and gradient elution separation with macroporous resin (MGS). Those utility parts of analgesic effects were optimized by the acetic acid writhing (AW) and hot plate (HP) in mice.ResultsThe writhing responses were inhibited obviously in mice by those extracted samples which from the IPM by the SX and MGS. The main active substance was centralized to n-butanol,petroleum and water fractions. The pain threshold time of hot plate was extended obviously by the MGS extract in mice,its analgesic substance was centralized to 300 ml·L-1,900 ml·L-1elution fractions in alcohol and sediments fractions.ConclusionThe IPM has analgesic effect obviously in experimental mice. A research method has been screened preliminarily for the active position of analgesic effect of the IPM.
